We're looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager with a genuine passion for sailing to lead business development across the UK and key international markets.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who understands the sailing community and brings a successful track record in sales - particularly in technical or product-led sectors. You'll be based from the client's HQ with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel to trade shows, customer meetings, and international accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow sales across OEM, trade, and distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with boatbuilders, distributors, and retailers
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and regattas
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and commercial reports
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities in emerging markets
