This opportunity offers excellent exposure to a wide range of maintenance activity on narrow-body aircraft within a high-performing engineering environment. Key Responsibilities

• Act as Certifying & Support Staff and exercise privileges in accordance with company authorisations.
• Supervise and allocate base maintenance tasks effectively to meet operational deadlines.
• Ensure the completion and certification of maintenance work in line with approved data and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, internal processes, and safety management systems.
• Support the Quality and Compliance teams, ensuring audits and inspections are carried out smoothly.
• Promote and uphold a Just Culture, encouraging open reporting and continuous improvement.
• Prepare, review, and hand over work packages, ensuring documentation accurately reflects maintenance carried out.
