Qualifications

  • Expert-level understanding of global Sanctions regimes.
  • Proven Business Analyst experience on major Sanctions projects.
  • Experience in process mapping and designing compliant operating models.
  • Ability to articulate sanctions checking methods and challenges.
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of regulatory expectations to mitigate Financial Crime risk.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert on sanctions.
  • Take ownership of process mapping and re-engineering.
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Manage complex stakeholders to secure buy-in for changes.
  • Analyze risks and translate them into system requirements.
  • Support the Change Delivery VP with workstreams.
