This role involves overseeing joint venture programmes and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee loans earmarked for JV transfers and ensure compliance.
• Manage loan servicing of JV Loans/Bonds.
• Draft and approve JV term sheets.
• Collaborate with Leveraged Finance Deal Origination teams.
• Support preparation of Facility Grading analyses.
• Produce data and reports for audits.
