A global leader in integrated risk assessment seeks a Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to lead complex, fast-paced global projects. The ideal candidate should possess 7 to 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in agile methodologies. Responsibilities include facilitating scrum ceremonies, managing project risks, and overseeing project coordination. Fluency in English is required, and a Bachelor's degree along with a Scrum Master certification is necessary. This role is based in Greater London, United Kingdom.

MMDG is responsible for the development and maintenance of Moody's Ratings credit rating methodologies and assessment frameworks. MMDG also provides and maintains credit rating quantitative tools (CRQTs), including models, scorecards and other related analytical tools used in the rating process. Our credit rating methodologies comprise quantitative and qualitative factors and go through rigorous research, constructive challenge, testing, verification and review before they are finalized. The development of this critical intellectual capital draws upon varied expertise in CSS, R&R, Technology and other functions. Teams within MMDG lead different parts of the end‑to‑end methodology and framework development and publication process, as well as the CRQT development and verification process.
The Methodology Delivery Team is a team within MMDG that is responsible for delivering successful outcomes for methodology projects according to plan and scope. The team is also responsible for supporting the Methodology Analytics Team and project working groups for agile coaching and training, meeting facilitation, risk assessments, sprint ceremonies execution and planning, and consistent application of agile and lean principles across projects.
