Job summary

Qualifications

  • You will undertake comprehensive health assessments both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Provide care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
  • Take responsibility for own learning and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Practice autonomously while demonstrating a person-centred approach to care delivery.
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment/interventions.
  • Clinically examine and assess patient needs from both physiological and psychological perspectives.

Skills

Full NMC Registration with no restrictions

Non-Medical Prescriber V300
2+ years of experience working within a GP Practice

Education

MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (desirable)
