Salary: £36,000 basic per year + OTE £45,361 (based on individual time saved, team profit, and CSI Bonus)

Hours: 45‑hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our professional workshop team. In this role, you will carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics across the brand’s vehicles. You will work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, completing job cards, electronic write‑ups, and vehicle health checks. This is ideal for technicians who enjoy working at pace, developing technical expertise, and delivering exceptional quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance across the brand
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty‑approved work
  • Complete vehicle maintenance tasks, such as oil and air filter changes
  • Record work accurately via electronic job cards and franchise platforms
  • Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Support apprentice technicians and team members as required
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a professional workshop environment
About You
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry‑recognised certification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, comfortable working at pace
  • Ability to carry out MOTs desirable (full training provided if not)
  • Team player who follows set processes and procedures
  • Motivated, organised, and safety‑conscious
  • Confident using iPad/software systems for diagnostics and reporting
  • Full UK driving licence
