The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering and experience in quality management. Strong knowledge in VDA, IATF standards, and fluent English are required. This role plays a key part in building relationships with customers and improving quality processes.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive supply industry.
• Strong knowledge of VDA 2, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, FMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct use of quality tools by production staff for each quality incident.
• Perform root cause analysis, define action plans, and implement containment measures.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build long-term relationships.
