We are currently looking for an Automation Technician to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Hertfordshire. As the Automation Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of automation systems within a production environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide support for automation systems ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of control and instrumentation equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimise automation processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of new automation projects and upgrades.
Role Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a related field such as Electrical Engineering, Automation or similar.
  • Proven industry experience in a pharmaceutical or similar production environment.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with control and instrumentation systems such as Siemens DeltaV or similar production‑related control systems / automation.
