Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence required for site visits.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve design challenges.
• Experience with wet process and fast-moving consumer goods advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and test control software applications for PLCs and HMIs.
• Functional testing of all software applications created.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical design documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to interpret requirements and present designs.

Skills

Understanding of Functional Design Specifications

Programming Rockwell Control-Logix PLCs

Programming Rockwell HMIs

Setting up Automation TCP/IP networks

Knowledge of SCADA applications

Real-time electrical and control system commissioning

Familiarity with PLC programming

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Education

Degree or HNC qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field
