What We\'re Looking For:

We are seeking Electric Vehicle (EV) Technicians who have experience or are willing to train in EV maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in automotive repair, a passion for electric vehicle technology, and a desire to keep growing in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles, including the battery system, charging equipment, and electric drivetrains.
• Use shop and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct system checks and software updates to ensure proper function of electric vehicle systems, batteries and software.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV technologies and stay informed about industry advancements.
• Provide clear and professional communication with service advisors and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and achieve career growth within the electric vehicle sector.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on EV repair and maintenance.
• EV training or certification.
• Strong technical expertise in electric vehicle systems, including battery management, electric drivetrains, and charging infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• ASE certification (, but not required).
