Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months relevant experience in care or support work.
• Experience working with adults who display challenging behaviour.
• Ability to provide 2 years of referencing.
• Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service).
• Ideally a driver, due to the location and community-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals on the autistic spectrum.
• Help individuals access the community and enjoy social activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking and shopping.
