Audit Senior Position – City of London - Top 20 Accountancy Firm – Film & TV

Are you a qualified Audit Senior with an interest in the film, TV and video games industries? Would you love to audit some of the most recognisable names straight out of Hollywood? Are you keen to gain exposure to preparing business plans, financial models and valuations? Then this could be the role for you!

Our client is one of the most prestigious firms in the Top 20 with a whole host of household name clients, both individuals and corporates. The firm has a well‑earned reputation for treating their staff well and offering a flexible and supportive work environment. Undeniably the most prestigious audit team within film, TV and video games, this role will fast‑track your career in the creative sectors.

Audit Senior responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation and review of BFI certificate applications
  • Preparation of production expenditure analysis for inclusion in tax returns
  • Preparation of tax credit estimates for upcoming productions/games
  • Preparation of production cost report audits for both individual productions and co‑productions
  • Preparation and audit of funding applications and reports
  • Preparation of business plans and financial models to reflect varied businesses and opportunities in within the film, television and video game industries
  • Preparation of valuations for film/TV titles and libraries, incomes streams and other intellectual property.
As an Audit Senior - you will:
  • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have experience of leading audits from planning to completion
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead staff during an audit
  • Preferably have working knowledge of Caseware
  • Have experience of external auditing of small and medium sized enterprises under FRS102
