Audit Manager – Construction & Building Services

£50,000 – £55,000 + £500/month car allowance + discretionary bonus

We’re on the hunt for a quality-driven, solutions-focused Audit QA Manager to lead the roll-out of our new Business Management System and raise standards across high-profile construction and building services projects.

This is a hands-on role with real influence – from site audits and compliance to shaping how we deliver projects aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 19650 and BIM requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Drive quality across all departments and live sites
• Lead site & internal audits to embed ISO-aligned processes
• Create and implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Train and upskill teams in QA practices and digital tools
• Champion snag-free delivery and sustainability targets
• Report directly to the board and shape strategic improvements

What you’ll bring:

• QA/QC experience in construction, M&E or building services
• Confident in site audits, ITPs, RAMS and BIM-led workflows
• Strong communicator and coach across site and office teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about quality
