Your role as an Audit Assistant Manager:
  • As Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, transparent audit work that clients and stakeholders can trust.
  • You'll work closely with senior leaders, contribute to meaningful audit engagements across a range of sectors including Motor Retail, Beauty & Fashion through to Football Clubs.
  • You will support junior team members through coaching and on-site supervision.
  • The role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to shape their future within a people-focused firm.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • You must be ACA/ACCA/CA Qualified.
  • You will already be in an Assistant Manager or Supervisor level position.
  • Experience of supervising and mentoring junior audit staff.
  • Awareness of compliance, anti-money laundering, and professional service regulations.
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of current market and economic trends.
