Job description

We are looking for a band 5 Audiologist to join our experienced team of healthcare scientists. Our service is based in Windsor, and we also cover several sites across east Berkshire with staff regularly working at different sites during the week. Our core hours are 08:00-16:00 Monday–Friday. We see a range of complex adult and paediatric patients for audiological assessment and rehabilitation, and we provide audiology support to our ENT colleagues. Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine diagnostic and rehabilitative adult audiology.
  • Participate in advanced techniques and procedures.
  • Perform routine paediatric hearing assessments for older children and support ENT clinics.
  • Communicate calmly, compassionately and effectively with service users to ensure they feel valued, heard and understood.
Qualifications
  • Healthcare Science practitioner RCCP registered with a BSc in Audiology, or in Medical Physics, Physiological Measurements, and BAAT I and II.
