A recruitment agency is seeking an Audio-Visual Service Desk Engineer to provide first and second line support for AV systems. The role involves diagnosing issues, managing service desk tickets, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Ideal candidates can effectively communicate and possess a strong technical understanding of audio-visual systems. This position offers a salary of £32K-£38K and a hybrid work model of four days in the office in Central Manchester.
As our Audio-Visual Service Desk Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for all AV-related support—owning incidents, tackling challenges head‑on, and ensuring our clients experience seamless, world-class AV performance every time.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AV support ecosystem, helping scope and build a new AV support process and system alongside our Project Management teams.
