Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus/OTE (depending on experience)
Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday (occasional travel and flexible hours required)

About the Role

We're recruiting an experienced Commercial / Business Development Manager (AV) to lead growth initiatives across the AV market from our Manchester base. You'll be responsible for driving new business, building strong commercial relationships, and helping shape strategic sales plans to expand our presence in corporate, education, and event‑focused sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AV industry.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving revenue growth.
