Job Description

The Attractions Assistant Manager will assist with the daily operation of our attraction with a focus on Children's Activity Workshop’s, encompassing multiple areas. The role is responsible for staffing, service/interaction, maintenance and general functionality of the Activity Workshops. You will ensure that both team members and visitors have a great time and the daily operation runs as smoothly as possible with their wellbeing in mind.

Further responsibilities include

General
  • Working closely with the Establishments Manager, you will continually be looking for ways to improve the attraction and help implement customer service standards and procedures.
  • Liaising across all departments to highlight visitor feedback/ issues which need addressing.
  • Motivating your team of Team Leaders and the wider Host team on a daily basis.
  • Assisting with team members’ timesheets and making sure they are accurately submitted on time.
  • Help develop employee training; including performance management and setting targets.
  • Ensuring our activities have everything needed to run; ie: Stock.
  • Assist with mass-recruitment activities including; assessment centres, interviews and inductions.
  • Analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to establish goals going forward.
  • Resolving visitor concerns, complaints and feedback.
Advanced
  • Duty Management of the whole site when required
  • Being first aider on call when required (training provided)
