Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a school in Daventry to recruit an experienced and dedicated Attendance Manager for a full‑time role starting January 2026.

This is a key pastoral role, ideal for someone passionate about improving attendance, engagement, and outcomes for young people.

The Role
  • Monitor and manage whole‑school attendance and punctuality
  • Analyse attendance data and identify patterns of concern
  • Work closely with students, parents/carers, and staff to improve attendance
  • Lead attendance interventions and support plans
  • Liaise with external agencies where required
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and attendance regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an attendance, pastoral, or school‑based role
  • Strong understanding of attendance procedures and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
