Job description
VAT & TAX Support
  • Preparing monthly VAT Return (Mushak-9.1) and submitting the said return online, as well as submitting the same to VAT Authorities
  • Preparing and recording Mushak-6.3 (Tax Invoice) against sales
  • Maintaining all compliance as per new VAT and SD act 2012 and other rules and regulations
  • VDS calculation on bill/invoice and deposited the same to Govt. exchequer through treasury challan and issuance of certificate to the vendor, i.e., Mushak 6.6 (TDS Certificate)
  • Keeping liaison and contact with VAT Authorities, customs authorities, and NBR if necessary, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and timely filing of taxes, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant statutory obligations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financial standards.
Administration
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, contracts, and documentation securely.
  • Manage and organize office activities, supplies, and general administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Coordinate office logistics, such as allocating space and managing resources.
  • Oversee administrative workflows, procedures, and staff.
  • Support personnel-related administration, such as new hires and training.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes for efficiency, automation, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security in all financial systems and records.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage administrative support for senior executives, including refreshments, logistics, and office needs.
