We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Territory Manager within our Interventional Urology (IU) sales structure in the UK. This role combines sales expertise with clinical education support, helping healthcare professionals deliver exceptional patient care through our innovative Optilume product portfolio. What You’ll Do
  • Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Clinical Education: Train physicians, nurses, and support staff on the Optilume procedure as per the Instructions for Use (IFU).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the NHS and private healthcare sector, including surgeons, doctors, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
  • Product Expertise: Become a product expert on the Optilume portfolio and urethral stricture disease state, while being familiar with the full Laborie product line.
  • Customer Experience: Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests, ensuring superior service and long-term partnerships.
  • Administrative Excellence: Perform timely and accurate administrative tasks including sales/activity reports, expense management, forecasting, and customer quoting.
  • Field Presence: Expectation of 80% in the field during the working week (including travel and overnight stays).
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Honors).
  • Sales Experience: 2 years of medical sales experience in operating room preferred, but not required.
  • Training Skills: Ability to implement and train on equipment for medical professionals.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Highly motivated and results-driven
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to learn products and advanced clinical applications
    • Commercial acumen and understanding of healthcare business dynamics
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Completion of Operating Theatre Certification and hospital credentialing at assigned accounts
