Client: An experienced Real Estate team acting for both lenders and borrowers, within a forward-thinking full service, leading UK law firm Role.

Responsibilities

• Working on a wide range of high quality, complex real estate finance matters and transactions including secured lending transactions for banks and specialist lenders
• Supervising and managing less experienced team members
• Actively participating in business development

Requirements

• Solicitor / FILEX / Licenced Conveyancer with 3-8+ years PQE
• Experience in commercial / residential property and desire to specialise in real estate finance
• Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
