Chadwick Nott are pleased to be assisting a leading international law firm in their search for an Associate to join their Real Estate Litigation team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Band 1 ranked team (Legal 500 and Chambers) and work on high-profile property disputes and asset management matters for major clients across the UK and beyond.

Our Team

The Real Estate Litigation team advises on all property-related disputes and contentious portfolio and asset management issues. Clients include owners, developers, investors, management companies, and end users. The team handles everything from nationwide asset management to landmark court battles over iconic developments. Supported by cutting-edge project management systems and the resources of a progressive firm, the team delivers exceptional results.

Role and Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of the Real Estate Litigation team, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload with supervision from senior colleagues
  • Build strong client relationships through regular in-person engagement
  • Advise on a wide range of property disputes and asset management issues
  • Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments and practice areas
Skills and Experience

We are looking for:
