A leading law firm based in Exeter is seeking an Associate (NQ – 2 PQE) to join their esteemed Real Estate Finance team. This role offers exposure to high-value transactions and significant property deals, ensuring direct client contact and collaboration with national teams. Ideal candidates will have relevant legal experience and strong drafting and communication skills. We are working with a leading law firm based in Exeter, recognised as one of the best payers in the South West, who are looking to recruit an Associate (NQ – 2 PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Solicitor to work on high-value, complex and nationally significant transactions, with exposure to market-leading clients and cutting-edge legal technology.
You will act as a core member of the Real Estate Finance team, working collaboratively with colleagues across the UK on large, inter-disciplinary and national residential portfolio transactions. Clients include registered providers, for-profit registered providers, institutional investors, local authorities and private investors.
You will also have the opportunity to act as lead Solicitor on significant property charging and securitisation transactions for registered providers and for-profit registered providers, supporting their development, maintenance and acquisition programmes.
