The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London team!

You will be taking on a lead role, mainly working with their clients within the High-End Residential, Commercial & Hotel sectors.

In this role, you will have support from the senior management team but also take a hands-on role in managing your own projects, assisting / guiding junior members of the team with their work.

Requirements for the Associate Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS – awarded 2.1

MRICS chartered

Demonstrable depth of experience in roles directly related to the provision of project Quantity Surveying services in a professional Quantity Surveying Consultancy firm

Experience and understanding of the full RIBA Plan of Work Stages

A proven ability to lead & deliver on time and provide a high-quality proactive service to clients

Ability and desire to mentor others

Ideally, some experience within the listed sectors.
