Job summary

A leading construction consultancy in the UK is seeking Quantity Surveyors and Cost Verification consultants with UK infrastructure experience. The roles suit new MRICS-qualified individuals through to Associate Directors. Successful candidates will provide commercial services for major UK infrastructure projects and have knowledge of NEC4 and FIDIC contracts. This opportunity allows for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on £100m+ UK infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts.
• Experience working in rail or complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial services for large UK infrastructure projects.
• Administer or audit project contracts based on NEC4 / NR / FIDIC.
