Job summary

A leading physical assets management consultancy in Coventry is seeking ambitious Quantity Surveyors and project cost audit analysts with UK infrastructure experience. The roles are open to candidates at all levels, from newly MRICS qualified QS's to Associates/Associate Directors. Successful candidates will provide commercial services on large-scale construction projects, ensuring effective contract management and auditing within the scope of NEC4 and FIDIC contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale construction projects is necessary.
• Must have a strong understanding of UK infrastructure requirements.
• MRICS qualified or demonstration of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial services for high-value infrastructure projects.
• Administer contracts and conduct audits as necessary.

Skills

Experience in providing pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on £100m+ UK infrastructure projects

Knowledge and experience of administering or auditing NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts

UK infrastructure/rail experience
