Job summary

A leading construction consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors/Cost verification consultants with UK infrastructure experience for their Basildon office. This role is open to candidates at all levels, from newly MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyors to Associates. Responsibilities include providing commercial services on large infrastructure projects and auditing contracts. The ideal candidates will bring expertise in NEC4 and significant project experience. Qualifications

• Experience on £100m+ UK infrastructure, utilities or complex construction projects.
• Experience in quantity surveying and cost verification.
• Possession of MRICS status is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial services on major infrastructure projects.
• Administer or audit contracts in compliance with NEC4/NR/FIDIC.
• Advise clients on the management of physical assets.

Skills

Experience in pre-contract and post-contract commercial services

Knowledge of NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts
