A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor for their London office. Ideal candidates will have MRICS status and experience in UK property consultancy. The role offers a starting salary up to £85,000 per annum plus benefits in a fully flexible working environment. Overview

Our client is the fastest growing specialist fund & development monitoring consultancy in the UK. They seek to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor / Associate level Quantity Surveyor / Building Surveyor to join their London office.

A highly enterprising business built on staffing & delivery excellence, they operate a flat and accountable structure. All staff are MRICS, and any candidates wishing to apply are required to be MRICS with an underlying degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying. No exceptions.

What you’ll do

Work with leading real estate developers, investors, and a large panel of lenders, providing clear, independent advice on cost, programme and risk. Contribute to a strong project pipeline with opportunities across projects from £500k to £200m.

Who we’re looking for

• Significant UK property consultancy experience to date, ideally within the PQS / building consultancy arena.
• Candidates with contractor-based backgrounds and substantial fund monitoring experience are encouraged to apply.
• MRICS status required (no exceptions); underlying degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying.
• UK right to work not supported.
