About Our Client

We're looking for an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join a central Divisional Support Team within People Services or a Divisional HR team. This role partners closely with divisional teams and the wider HR function to deliver the full employee lifecycle and divisional people plans. You'll act as an internal consultant, build strong relationships across the business, and provide proactive support on complex queries. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving continuous improvement and embedding best practice.

Job Description
  • Partner with divisional teams to deliver people plans and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Act as an internal consultant, managing key relationships and resolving complex queries.
  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across HR and People Services.
  • Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Advocate for digital and self-service HR solutions within the business.
  • Represent the HR function internally and externally, role-modelling service excellence.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience working in complex or matrix structures.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
  • Analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools and their application.

  • Comfortable using IT tools and systems to enhance performance.
Desirable
