  • Design flexible, high‑impact layouts for marketing and operational materials, including brochures, reports, bid and tender documents, cleaning specs, and information posters.
  • Build compelling PowerPoint presentations that turn complex information into clear visuals, flow diagrams, organisational charts, and data‑driven insights.
  • Enhance and optimise imagery in Photoshop, ensuring visuals are polished, on‑brand, and ready for digital or print use.
  • Collaborate across marketing, tech, and other teams to deliver smart, cohesive, on‑brand design solutions.
  • Prepare files for any platform, making sure projects are print‑ready or perfectly optimised for digital.
  • Keep projects organised and on track, managing multiple deadlines using Asana and SharePoint to store, track, and manage assets efficiently.
  • Maintain version control and strong organisational habits across all design projects.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh, digital‑first thinking to every project.
  • Produce basic motion graphics and video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Qualifications And Skills
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • A good eye for typography, layout, and colour.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience / knowledge with web / UI design.
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as Asana.
In Return You Will Receive
  • 28 days holiday (Inc Bank Holidays)
  • Newly renovated office with on‑site gym
  • Free onsite parking
  • Pension Scheme
