Overview

Fisher Investments Europe is looking for an Investment Counsellor to support a broad portfolio of clients across other European markets. In this supportive, client‑centric role you will work closely with Investment Counsellors, assist with relationship management and be the first point of contact for a wide array of client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Help Investment Counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiries.
• Help produce analyses and portfolio recommendations based on the current financial situation of prospective clients.
• Be a direct contact or expert in multiple subjects to develop your skills once you assume more responsibility.
• Report to your client Service Team Leader who will aid in your on‑the‑job training and professional development.

Qualifications

• A university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus).
• Native or fluent Spanish and English language skills.
• Excellent communication skills; able to connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email with a focus on client service.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline.
