A leading UK airport operator is seeking a finance business partner to support the East Midlands Airport leadership team. The role involves providing financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making support, ensuring strong financial controls and governance. Ideal candidates should have professional accounting qualifications, excellent analytical skills, and experience in management accounting. Provide finance business partner support to the East Midlands airport leadership team, in a split role that recognises the need for additional finance support for both Capex and P&L teams. Provide decision making support through first class financial information reporting, analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies and maintaining a strong system of financial controls with robust governance.
Youll have a professional accounting qualification with a proven track record of using your analytical skills and have an excellent attention to detail. Have considerable experience in reporting, financial analysis, management accounting and system dashboard skills . Youll have a strong IT skills including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience of financial modelling. A knowledge of SAP would be desirable. Youll also be flexible and adaptable and used to working in a constantly changing environment. Youll have demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and directors & maintain credibility with potential commercial partners.
