The Role:
Lead delivery of environmental and energy strategies across Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and Civic projects
Act as Project Engineer, developing scope, budget, and reporting frameworks
Perform thermal and energy modelling (Part L, TM54, TM59) and produce sustainability statements
Guide assessment methods including BREEAM, WELL, Whole Life Carbon
Collaborate across disciplines and engage with clients and architects
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal R&D and innovation
Contribute to wider consultancy services such as POE, IAQ, Passive House, and Wind/Microclimate studies
The Requirements:
Degree in Building Services, Renewable Energy, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years consultancy experience
Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it)
Deep expertise in energy modelling, sustainability frameworks, and software tools
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring
