WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites
Join our dynamic Intermediaries team within the Business & Commercial Bank, focusing on delivering term debt lending and acquiring new switchers for the organisation. Your mission will be to build and nurture relationships with brokers, leading the promotion of the bank to professionals and key influencers in your local area. This role offers the chance to support our SME clients, typically with turnovers between £3 million and £25 million. As a crucial community figure, you'll develop business opportunities and represent our group within the professional community. You'll be an ambassador for change, embracing new tools to enhance the client and colleague experience, and support your team in achieving their goals.
