This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy, offering the chance to build a team and establish the QS offering locally. Currently, there is only one other QS in the office, so this is a genuine opportunity to make the role your own.

What the Role Involves

• Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team in the Bristol office
• Take ownership of business development and client relationships
