Job Title: Associate Director- Project Manager

Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 + Benefits, depending on candidate experience.

Location: London base, with international travel. Hybrid.

Our client is a boutique Project & Cost Management Consultancy renowned for delivering some of the most prestigious prime and super‑prime residential schemes in the UK and internationally. The Role:

As an Associate Director, you will take full ownership of projects from inception to delivery, working closely with private clients, developers, and leading design teams.

  • Leading high‑end residential projects in London and across the UK
  • Travelling internationally several times a year to oversee milestone stages (destinations include the Caribbean and other prime global locations!)
  • Acting as the primary client interface, building long‑term relationships and ensuring exceptional service
  • Managing consultants, contractors, programmes, budgets, and quality from start to finish
  • Supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members
About You:
  • Proven experience delivering prime or super‑prime residential projects (essential).
  • A strong understanding of luxury design, build quality, and high‑net‑worth client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence in a client‑facing role.
  • The ability to manage complex, bespoke projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive, polished, project‑focused approach.
