Job description

Our client within financial services is looking to hire an Associate Director - Employee Communications to join the team based in London.

In this position, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of all employee communications around the strategy and transformation for the investment arm of the business.

You will act as a senior advisor and employee communications partner to senior leaders of the business, and you will lead and deliver complex, cross-functional communication programs that connect the business strategy to employee engagement, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum across the company.

This is a role for an employee communications leader with strong business acumen, deep knowledge of the asset management industry, and experience driving change through influence and execution.

  • Previous experience developing and delivering strategic internal communications within a global financial services or matrix organization.
  • A strong track record in change communications, including transformation programs, operating model changes, and leadership engagement.
  • Strong influencing and advisory skills, with experience acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, capable of creating clarity and engagement on complex and technical topics.
  • A strategic mindset with an execution focus, comfortable balancing long-term planning with fast-paced delivery.
  • Experience operating at scale across geographies and functions, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

This is a permanent opportunity, and the hybrid working policy is 3 days in the London office. This is non-negotiable.
