• Business Planning & Strategic Analysis
• Develop, refine, and stress-test business plans, including financial models, market sizing, competitive analysis, and commercial strategy.
• AI Support Model Assessment
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI adoption across workflows, products, and customer journeys; translate technical concepts into actionable business recommendations.
• Technology Platform (B2B) Support
• Contribute to the design, improvement, and scaling of B2B technology platforms in both B2B and SAAS model’s including user requirements gathering, feature prioritisation, and product-market fit assessments.
• Consulting Engagement Delivery
• Support end-to-end client engagements using structured problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and clear communication to deliver actionable insights.
• Founder / CEO Support & Flexibility
• Act as a versatile right-hand resource to founders or the CEO, taking on varied responsibilities across strategy, operations, product, and research as the venture evolves.
