Overview

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead and shape the vision and strategy for clinical pharmacy, education & training, and pharmacy clinical informatics, aligned with Trust priorities and national policy.
• Provide professional leadership to a dynamic team, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and optimal use of resources across the Trust and wider health system.
• Steer business planning, service development, and financial stewardship, preparing business cases and securing resources to support growth and transformation across your portfolio.
• Be a key member of the senior pharmacy leadership team, deputising for the Chief Pharmacist when required and influencing the future of pharmacy services.
