Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong and varied portfolio of delivered projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex projects across bluelight, education, and residential sectors.
  • Develop creative, sustainable design concepts and translate them into high-quality documentation.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Support the leadership team in business development and practice growth.
