With a diverse portfolio spanning decarbonisation, cladding upgrades, education, and residential projects, they’re building a strong reputation for sustainability-focused design and have ambitious growth plans. Please note that those already in senior and director-level roles will be considered. The role is based in commutable distance from South London, Surrey and West Sussex

Role & Responsibilities

• Take a lead roles in running projects
• Develop and manage a team
• Work with the existing management team
• Help develop business opportunities
• Work directly with clients as point of contact.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified Architect
• Minimum of 10 years of experience Uk project experience
• Proven experience managing teams and running projects independently
• Strong client management skills and excellent communication abilities
• Aspiration to move into a Director-level role and participate in long-term business growth
• Experience with Revit (training will be provided if needed).
