Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
  1. Managing the delivery of multiple projects and coordinating relevant teams and client stakeholders, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. When multiple services (actuarial, admin, investment) are involved, work across all practices to ensure consistent standards.
  2. Handling a diverse portfolio of work while developing client relationships and essential business skills.
  3. Preparing client communications, presentations, reports, and attending meetings with clients.
  4. Developing project plans and contributing to setting budgets.
  5. Possessing or working towards Associate or Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (or equivalent recognized actuarial qualification), with relevant risk transfer and bulk annuity broking experience.
  6. Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  7. Demonstrating strong project management and organizational abilities.
  8. Having relevant pensions experience, understanding the legislative framework for UK pension schemes, the completion process for bulk annuity transactions, and the buy-out journey for pension schemes.
  9. Possessing a solid grounding in actuarial and computer techniques.
