Overview

We have a great opportunity for an Associate to join our established Investment & Property Management team.

You will be joining one of the largest Real Estate teams in the North of England comprising over 100 fee earners. The 24 strong IPM team is made up of lawyers at all levels of experience and who provide an expert and responsive service to a range of investor, landlord and occupier clients. The team undertake a wide range of commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, estate management, corporate support and telecoms work.

The team acts for clients in a range of sectors including retail, office, leisure, healthcare, automotive, supply chain and manufacturing sectors and act for many household names.

What we need from you

You\'ll be confident working with a range of clients and have strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for an individual who is a natural team player, eager to work with colleagues across the region to make a positive impact with our clients.
