A global research technology pioneer in the UK seeks a Treasury Manager to enhance financial efficiency and manage risk across the organization. You will oversee daily cash management and liquidity, manage treasury operations, and lead projects for process improvement. Ideal candidates are fully qualified accountants with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling. You will collaborate closely with finance teams to provide strategic insights and support the organization's financial objectives, contributing to the optimization of cash management strategies.

Reporting directly to the Group Treasury Director, you will play a key role in enhancing financial efficiency and managing risk across the organisation. You will work closely with global finance teams, central functions, and departmental managers to plan and provide financial analysis on transactions, as well as identify opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for managing the front office treasury operations, taking ownership of the daily cash management and liquidity, identifying exposures and mitigating financial risks. In addition, you will work closely with financial data and accounting systems, building models and optimising the use of system functionality and data to support better decision‑making. This role requires a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles and accounting period‑end activities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. A key focus will be on automation and process improvement. You will lead and support a range of projects aimed at improving working capital, reporting cycle, and overall cash management: for example, system enhancements and implementations. You will manage a Treasury Analyst, who will dedicate 50 % of their time to supporting you across these responsibilities.
