Rated ' Outstanding ' by Ofsted, our team has been transforming out-of-hours support for children and young people since its launch in January 2020.

Responsibilities
  • As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be the cornerstone for seamless service access, expertly guiding referrals to partner agencies, and providing immediate emergency responses during critical out-of-hours periods.
  • The Integrated Front Door team\'s responsibilities are to assess the needs and risk in relation to referrals into Families and Children’s social care, ensuring that children and families receive the appropriate service.
  • Here’s your chance to be part of something new as we implement the early support hub and reshape the way we deliver services. Your role will be pivotal, supporting senior managers in crafting and embedding our innovative approach.
  • Flexibility is key, with a dynamic rolling shift pattern covering operational hours from 8 am to midnight, including weekends and holidays. Unsocial hours payments are in line with Council policies.
Qualifications
  • Bring your Social Work England registration, a recognised social worker qualification, and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Management/supervision qualifications (level 4).
  • A minimum of two years\' relevant experience or training.
