A local council in the UK is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to lead the Integrated Front Door team. The role involves assessing referrals and providing emergency responses during out-of-hours periods. Candidates must have a social worker qualification, management qualifications, and relevant experience. The position offers a salary between £56,293 and £58,836 and requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: £56,293 - £58,836 (inclusive of 20% Out of Hours plussage, and 2% Recruitment and Retention supplement)
Hours per week: 37 hours
Temporary/Fixed term: 12 months
