John Ruskin College is seeking a passionate and proactive Assistant Programme Lead to support the delivery of our King's Trust programmes, empowering young people to build confidence, develop essential skills, and unlock their potential.
As Assistant Programme Lead, you will work alongside the Programme Lead and dedicated team to deliver high impact youth development programmes. You will play a key role in motivating learners, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment where every young person can thrive.
