Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Primary Industry: Construction - New Build Housing

Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site construction activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople on site
  • Coordinate and manage site logistics and resources
  • Monitor and report on project progress and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Scaffold Certification

Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the house building sector

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of house building processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

  • On-site work in various weather conditions
  • Regular travel between sites may be required
