Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading developer. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a major residential development project that will shape the future of this community in East London. This is a long‑term project, with an estimated duration of 10 years. The development includes approximately 2000 apartments in total with a number of commercial amenities.

Responsibilities
  • Take 40–50 apartments from second fix / snagging to handover
  • Manage the trades in your block
  • Report into the site & senior site manager
  • Strong communicator, building good team rapport
  • Ensure H&S and the programme are being followed
  • Drive the project when needed
  • Use Fieldview

To be considered for this role you must :

Qualifications
  • Come from a trade or degree background
  • Have experience taking units from first or second fix to handover
  • Driven, can‑do attitude
  • Experience working for a developer or tier‑one main contractor is highly beneficial
